Acting as a sellers agent, I help you sell your home. In this case, I work with you to make sure the home is in the best shape possible. To do so, I will suggest small changes to make it more appealing to potential buyers (paint, staging, gardening, etc) and will make sure that you thoroughly understand the process of both selling and what to do once you have sold your home. During this time, I act as your representative, making sure that the home is marketed correctly to get you the highest offer on the home and get it sold quickly and smoothly.
