1. Is it affordable? Orange County as a range of housing options that would be affordable for nearly all buyers.
2. How are the schools? Many schools are award winning & ranked among the best in the state.
3. Is it safe? Some cities are consistently ranked among the safest in the United States.
4. Are their lots of recreational facilities? There is easy access to the beach, swimming pools, parks, arts centers, & just about anything else that would interest nearly all buyers.
5. How will I know which city is best for my housing needs? Educate yourself about each city’s demographics, safety statistics, & amenities that you suit your lifestyle. Of course, I can help with this as well!
6. How will my commute to work be? There are companies big and small throughout Orange County, including some of the Fortune 500 headquarters. I recommend selecting housing close to your work.
7. How is the climate? It’s mild & dry, with many days of sunshine. By the beach, it is cooler because of the off-shore breezes, inland gets a little warmer.
8. What is the cost of living? While it might be more expensive that other parts of the country, salaries are higher too.
9. How will I meet people? There are many clubs & social activities, where you can meet like-minded people. In addition, there are a large number of community groups and networking events.
10. How can I best access the information that I need for my move? I value educating my clients, so many of this information can be found throughout the website.
