Irvine Communities

Irvine is the community I work in most often, not only because it is a great place to live, but because I can personally recommend it! Within Irvine, there are multiple communities. Each community has something special. In addition, Irvine has been voted America’s Safest City for a seventh straight year for communities with a population of 100,000 or more.

Irvine was founded in 1971, as a fully master planned city with generous open space and diverse communities with a variety of housing & amenities. Many things contribute to a high quality of life including city wide programs, excellent schools, emphasis on safety, and easy access to employment centers because of thoughtful planning. Irvine has many religious institutions, regional & local shopping, centers for the arts, and areas for outdoor recreation, including bike paths, ball fields, greenbelts, & open space. Everything about Irvine adds up to a city which is great for all buyers.
