Packing, cleaning, getting ready and moving is both scary and exciting. What shouldn’t be scary is the process of selling your current home. My clients who decide to sell their home through me are walked through a simple and organized process that will alleviate a lot of the stress and help you understand how to get the most value out of your property. In addition, each home that I sell is marketed throughout the area to make sure you have the widest possible audience to get the best offers and sold in a timely manner.

When I work with you to sell your home, here are just a few things I do:

  1. Prepare your home for the market by thoroughly cleaning, de-cluttering, making needed repairs, and work with a stager to maximize the appeal of your home.
  2. Review local comparable homes to determine the best offering price for your home. Keep in mind that the highest impact for your home in the marketplace, will be in the first 30 days.
  3. Insure that your property is in alignment with the market, in terms of price, condition, staging, location, and broker compensation.
  4. Sign listing agreements and complete required disclosures. This is also the time where I can answer any questions you have about the process. Feel free to ask as many as you have!
  5. Upon listing of your home, review the marketing materials and MLS listing, for accuracy & completeness. This is where we start the marketing process.
  6. While your home is on the market, keep it in top showing condition and have it available for all possible showings, so that it is exposed the largest number of potential buyers.
  7. Meet regularly with you, to review the marketing and feedback on your home. This way, we can make adjustments quickly.
